All Items from Oriontra Co., Ltd (“Oriontra”) Returns and Refund Policy

Oriontra gives customers a warranty on all items for faults related to defective materials or workmanship, the warranty starts on the date of receipt(based on the tracking record). Oriontra will do everything it can to process your return quickly to minimize any delay.

Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of various products, the length of warranty periods differ according to models. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Inspection & Damage Claims

Inspect your item immediately upon receipt for shipping damage or errors. Report any issues within 7 days of delivery by contacting us.

  • Shipping Damage: If confirmed, Oriontra will resend a replacement at no cost or full refund.
  • Wrong Item Purchased by Purchaser:
    (i) Replacement: Free return. Replacement will be sent out in 2 days, after got tracking record of returns.
    (ii) Return for Refund: Return shipping paid by Purchaser.
  • Oriontra Errors:
    If Oriontra sent an incorrect item due to database / website errors, return shipping covered by Oriontra. Full refund or replacement.

Warranty Void Conditions

Oriontra will void the warranty if the item was in following conditions:

  • Issues caused by external devices (e.g., projector/TV malfunction), not item itself.
  • User-inflicted damage (e.g., accidental drops, liquid exposure).
  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Non-quality-related issues (Over 30 days of purchase).
  • Repairs through 3rd parties

Return Packaging Requirements

Items must be returned in undamaged packaging, inside a protective bubble wrap / foam to prevent shipping damage.

Restocking Fees: 0 restocking fees for any returns.

Return Authorization (RMA)

  • Authorization Window: 1) For quality issue, Returns must be requested within 1 year of delivery. 2) NO-quality-issue within 30 days of delivery.
  • RMA Required: Obtain an RMA number before shipping. Returns without an RMA will be refused, and no refund issued.
  • Return Deadline: Ship items within 30 days of RMA issuance. Returns after 30 days are invalid.

Refund Methods

  • Credit Card Purchases: Refund issued to the original card after inspection.
  • Bank Transfer / Wire: Purchaser must provide valid bank details.
  • Paypal: to original account.

Refund Timeline: After receiving your return, Oriontra will verify that the item is the original product shipped by us and remains undamaged. If confirmed, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days through your original payment method.
