Order Processing Time
We typically process orders (including payment verification, picking, packing, and handing off to the carrier) within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales events). We will endeavor to notify customers of potential delays via website banners or email.
- Multi-Item Orders
We strive to consolidate shipments, but items may ship separately due to product-specific logistics. You will receive individual tracking emails per shipment. - Post-Shipment Changes
No changes are permitted once the order is en route. You may cancel and reorder within 2 hours of purchase to correct details. - Important Notes:
Cancellations: Cancellations after 2 hours may incur return shipping fees.
Address Errors: Customers are responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses. Only replacements, no refunds will be issued. Your order will not ship until processing is complete.

All orders are shipped from China Warehouse, UK Warehouse, or US Warehouse.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all over the world.
Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to remote areas within some countries / regions,e.g., remote islands (), high-altitude regions, or areas under trade sanctions”, or due to import regulations on specific items. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you during order processing and provide refund options.
International Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable international carriers, including but not limited to: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, ePacket, China post, SF International, Special-line transportation etc.
The specific carrier used depends on your shipping address, package weight/dimensions, and the shipping service selected to balance speed and cost-effectiveness.
Delivery Timeframes & Transit Times
1.) International delivery times are significantly longer than domestic shipping. Estimated delivery times (starting from the shipment date) vary by destination:
Expedited Shipping(DHL, UPS, FedEx): 3-5 business days.
Standard shipping(ePacket or Special-line Transportation): 7-14 business days. (e.g., USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, Japan, total 61 countries):
Other Countries/Regions(China post): Typically 15-30 business days or longer.
Economical shipping( China post): 20-30 days
2.) Important: These are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may be extended due to:
Customs clearance procedures (highly variable and unpredictable).
Efficiency of the destination country’s postal/courier service.
Peak holiday seasons (global and local).
Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Flight/shipping schedules.
The package requiring payment of Duties / Taxes (see Section 8).
3.) Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number and a link to track your package. We strongly recommend using this tracking number on the carrier’s official website for the most up-to-date status.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping or economical shipping.
Expedited shipping, need to pay for USD24-45. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:
Product weight and dimensions (volumetric weight).
Shipping destination country / region.
Selected shipping service (e.g., Standard, Economy, Express ).
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you finalize payment
Package Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all international orders upon shipment.
You can track your order via:

The “My Orders” section within your account on our website.
Directly on the relevant carrier’s official website (using the tracking number).
Please monitor your tracking information regularly. Updates can sometimes be delayed by several days during international transit, especially during customs clearance.
Import Duties and Taxes & VAT (Value-Added Tax)
Crucial Information: As an international buyer, you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees levied by your destination country when the package arrives.
These charges are NOT collected or controlled by Oriontra. They are assessed and collected by your local customs authorities based on their laws and regulations.
Responsibility for Payment: Payment of these charges is the legal responsibility of the recipient (you).
How Payment Works:
The carrier may contact you before delivery to collect these fees (often with a small handling fee).
You may need to pay the fees directly at your local post office or customs office to receive your package.
Estimation: We cannot accurately estimate what these charges will be, as they depend entirely on your country’s customs policies, the product category, and the declared value. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.
Declared Value: We are legally required to declare the accurate contents and value of the package (usually the amount you paid for the order) on customs forms.
Shipping Delays & Customs Clearance
Customs clearance is a mandatory and often unpredictable part of international shipping. All packages must be processed by customs upon entering the destination country.
Clearance times can range from a few days to several weeks, depending on customs workload, package contents, required documentation, and whether duties/taxes are owed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.
If customs requires additional information or documentation (e.g., proof of purchase), the carrier or customs office will contact you (the recipient) directly. Promptly providing the requested information is essential to avoid further delays or return of the package.
Returns & Shipping

Key points regarding international returns:
Customers are typically responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send the item(s) back to our designated address (usually located in the original shipping country).
Return shipments also undergo international transit and customs clearance, which takes time.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Duties/Taxes paid upon import are usually non-refundable for buyer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size).
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it: Please check with family members, neighbors, or building management. Verify the shipping address you provided was correct. If still missing, contact the local delivery office of the carrier (e.g., your local post office, DHL depot, FedEx center) immediately to inquire. The recipient (you) usually needs to initiate the investigation locally first.
Package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe: Check the latest status using the tracking number on the carrier’s official site. If there has been no update for an extended period (e.g., over 2 weeks) or the status seems stuck, contact our Customer Support team support@projectorspareparts.com with your order number and tracking number. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Package is Lost: If the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, we will work with you on a resolution, typically offering a refund or reshipment (subject to conditions). Please contact our Customer Support promptly.
