All Items from Vontronic Co., Ltd ("Vontronic") Returns and Refund Policy

Vontronic gives customers a warranty on all items for faults related to defective materials or workmanship, the warranty starts on  the date of receipt. Vontronic will do everything it can to process your return quickly to minimize any delay.

Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of various products, as warranty periods differ according to models. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Inspection & Damage Claims

Inspect your item immediately upon receipt for shipping damage or errors. Report any issues within 7 days of delivery by contacting us.

  1. Shipping Damage: If confirmed, Vontronic will resend a replacement at no cost.
  2. Wrong Item Purchased by Customer:
    (i) Replacement: Free return (no restocking fee).(ii) Refund: Accepted but subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  3. Vontronic Errors:
    If Vontronicsent an incorrect item due to database/website errors: Return shipping costs covered by Vontronic. Full refund or replacement with no restocking fees.

Warranty Void Conditions

Vontronic will void the warranty if the item was in following terms:

  1. Issues caused by external devices (e.g., projector/TV malfunction), not item itself.
  2. User-inflicted damage (e.g., accidental drops, liquid exposure).
  3. Items that have expired their warranty period.
  4. Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  5. Lost or stolen products.
  6. Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
  7. Repairs through 3rd parties

Return Packaging Requirements

Items must be returned in undamaged packaging, inside a protective bubble wrap/foam to prevent shipping damage.

Restocking Fees:

25% fee if returns packaging is damaged or marked.
Higher fees may apply if safety packaging guidelines are not followed.

Return Authorization (RMA)

  • Authorization Window: For quality issue, Returns must be requested within 1 year of delivery. NO-quality issue within 30 days of delivery.
  • RMA Required: Obtain an RMA number before shipping. Returns without an RMA will be recycled, and no refund issued.
  • Return Deadline: Ship items within 30 days of RMA issuance. Returns after 30 days are invalid.

Refund Methods

  • Credit Card Purchases: Refund issued to the original card after inspection.
  • Wire Transfer/Check Purchases: Refund issued to the original account after inspection.
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded via the original payment method.
