Free Standard Shipping:
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. For faster delivery, you may upgrade to DHL Express (additional fees apply).

Delivery Timeline
Q: How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping: 

  • Most countries: 14 business days (trackable via this link).
  • Select regions: 20 business days.
  • DHL Express: 4–5 business days (additional cost required).

Shipping Destinations
Q: Where does Wontronic Tech ship?
We ship globally unless restricted by customs regulations, regional prohibitions, or force majeure events. If delivery is deemed impossible, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days and cancel the order.

Shipping Methods
Q: How will my order be shipped?

  • Free Standard Shipping: Carrier selected at our discretion.
  • Paid Expedited Shipping: Automatically shipped via DHL Express.

Multi-Item Orders
Q: Will all items in my order arrive together??
We strive to consolidate shipments, but items may ship separately due to product-specific logistics. You will receive individual tracking emails per shipment.

Post-Shipment Changes
Q: Can I update my delivery address after shipping?
No changes are permitted once the order is en route. You may cancel and reorder within 2 hours of purchase to correct details.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellations:  Cancellations after 2 hours may incur return shipping fees.
  • Address Errors: Customers are responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses. No replacements or refunds will be issued.
