Sony SXRD TVs use two main imaging panels: SXRD211 OR SXRD221. They look similar but are not interchangeable. This listing is for SXRD221 only. If your TV requires SXRD211, do not buy this – it will not work.
What this part does
The SXRD221 is the internal liquid crystal panel that controls one color channel (red, green, or blue) inside your Sony SXRD TV. When a panel fails, you get color casts – green, yellow, blue, or magenta. Replacing the bad one with a fresh SXRD221 restores correct picture.
