Global claim process (Step-by-Step Procedure)

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of shipping damage, defective products (which is covered under warranty) or verified errors on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

If it was our faulty, we will supply prepaid shipping label for EU/UK/US purchaser.
