1.1 Warranty Coverage
Inclusions:
- Manufacturing defects in materials/workmanship
- Functional failures under normal use conditions
- Shipping damage
Exclusions:
- Physical damage (drops, liquid exposure, bent pins)
- Unauthorized modifications/repairs
1.2 Warranty Period
Standard warranty period: 90 days – 2 years from receipt. Refer to product description or order invoice.
1.3 Global Claim Process
Step 1: Initiate Claim
- Contact: warranty@projectorspareparts.com (Include Order #, defect video)
- Response within <48 business hours
Step 2: Return Authorization
- RMA issued with regional return address
- Return shipping:
- Buyer pays unless shipping damage, defective product, or verified seller error.
- EU/UK/US: prepaid label if our fault.
- Other regions: seller covers initially.
1.4 Service Options
Refund or resend replacement after verification.

Most orders are typically received within 7–14 business days after dispatch, though actual transit times may vary by destination, customs clearance, and selected shipping method.
