1.1 Warranty Coverage

Inclusions:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials/workmanship
  • Functional failures under normal use conditions
  • Shipping damage

Exclusions:

  • Physical damage (drops, liquid exposure, bent pins)
  • Unauthorized modifications/repairs

1.2 Warranty Period

Standard warranty period: 90 days – 2 years from receipt. Refer to product description or order invoice.

  2. Return shipping:
    • Buyer pays unless shipping damage, defective product, or verified seller error.

3.1 Shipping Origin

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. Depending on product availability and shipping arrangements, some orders may be fulfilled by our authorized logistics partners to optimize delivery speed.We utilize an optimized international logistics network to deliver worldwide. Most orders are typically received within 7–14 business days after dispatch, though actual transit times may vary by destination, customs clearance, and selected shipping method. For country-specific estimates, please refer to the Estimated Delivery Time Table below.Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

3.2 Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.Custom-made or special-order products may require additional processing time.During public holidays (such as Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day), processing times may be extended. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you by email.
